It's just second day of summer, after Solstice and heat wave is back with vengeance.
Lassi is best for this weather. And especially post lunch, it's a good thirst quencher during midday.
Ginger and Jalapeño make a good combination with yogurt. Dash of natural sea salt makes it tastier.
3/4th inch ginger chopped
1/4th jalapeño minced
1/2 tsp natural sea salt
1/4 cup water
2.5 cups organic yogurt
2 cups water
Combine the ginger,salt and jalapeño with 1/4 th cup water and blend to a juice.
Mix the yogurt with remaining water and blend for a few seconds until smooth. Dilute or thicken the Lassi as per your preference. Add less water for thickness.
This makes 4 servings, serve cold.
