Craving for a tropical smoothie intensifies during the heat wave. Mango and pineapple are the fruits that echo "tropical". Guava has been a very unsung tropical fruit despite its high nutritive quality. I am trying to use it as much possible this spring season.
1 Manila Mango pulped
3 small guavas chopped
2 -3 navel oranges peeled and deseeded
1/4 cup almond milk
3/4 cup cold water
Combine all the ingredients and blend to a smoothie. If too thick, add more water or almond milk. If the mango is too sweet, balance the smoothie with an extra orange or guava.
