Mixed Fruit Smoothie

On a grey, but warm day, what I need is a tropical smoothie. I had a little bit of all the
fruits in the pantry and was a perfect timing to use them up for the smoothie.
Today's smoothie has a hint of cardamom in it too. Cardamom and mango give a soothing flavor.

1/2 cup green apple chopped
1/3 cup fresh mango flesh
1/3 cup pineapple
2 mandarin oranges peeled, deseeded if not seedless ones
6-7 large strawberries
1/8 cup blueberries
2 pods cardamom
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup coconut milk

Blend all the ingredients in a blender to make a thick smoothie.  Best if fresh fruits are frozen for 30-40 minutes before blending them for optimum taste.
