Green Apple and Pineapple Smoothie

Green apples are the best for detoxification. And pair well with other fruits and vegetables for smoothies and salads as well.
This is a very simple smoothie with just green apple and pineapple.  My favorite herb for smoothies is mint especially with pineapple .

1.5 cups pineapple chunks
1 green apple washed and coarsely cut
1/4- 1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup spearmint washed
One green kiwi ( optional)

Combine all the ingredients except mint in a blender with or without ice. Blend till
there is no sludge. Add the mint and pulse for few seconds. Enjoy the smoothie. Add more almond milk or water to dilute it. Pineapple is fibrous and could make the smoothie very thick.
