Craved for tropical smoothie on single digit temperature day. Glas to find ripe and sweet Manila mango and Maui Gold pineapple.
Both fruits happened to be sweet that I had to add cutie oranges to give a dash of tanginess.
1 Philippine or Manila mango pitted and peeled
3 cutie oranges peeled
1 cup pineapple chunks
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp chia seeds soaked in little water
Blend all the ingredients above into a smoothie. You could also add ice cubes.
You could omit oranges if pineapple is sweet and sour. Add water to get your desired consistency.
